When will my order be processed?

Our warehouse in CN, US, CA, UK, DE, AU, SG. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. 

Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

How will my order be shipped?

All our orders will be shipped through 4PX carriers in CN, sent to the local transfer station, and then sent by the local post office for final delivery.

Possible reasons for the delay:

1. After arrival at the destination airport, local customs inspection

2. The local post office did not update the information when the last delivery was made

3. The user does not fill in the mobile phone number, so that the delivery information is missed.

Shipping Fee

All products are free shipping.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. 

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.

Starting November 25, 2021, We will charge VAT to customers in the European Union (EU) at checkout, so that customers in the EU do not have to pay taxes upon delivery of their products.(Please contact customer service to get your IOSS number)

Taxes & Duties

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Customs & Regulations

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.

Foreign transaction fees

If you credit card account is in a currency other than US Dollars, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. You may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any charges your bank or issuing credit card company may charge you. For further details of foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.

Our store prices are shown in your local currency, but in US Dollars when you checkout. All transactions will be handled in US Dollars through Paypal or Stripe at the checkout page.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route,but you can cancel an order within 60 minutes and reorder with accurate details.
Notes:
  • If the order is canceled by the customer more than 1 hour after placing an order, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.
  • If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. KIWI design will not replace the order or issue a refund.
